Yann Mathys, who is one of the winners of this year’s Swiss Design Awards, was a nominee within the section of Product Design. He studied at Ecole Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne. Before, he worked as an engineer, then in a real estate company and finally chose to pursue product design. Now he can realize his products and projects, like bedside tables for the ‘Clinique des Grangettes’ in Geneva.
