Weltformat is an annual festival that promotes the poster as a medium. President Erich Brechbühl applied in the SDA category Mediation. His project makes several exhibitions, a student competition, a varied program of lectures, workshops and poster bazaars, offering a fundament for exchanges between graphic designers. The exhibitions are organized by volunteers and 25 club members.

What does the SDA represent?

It shows us today’s great design from Switzerland. It’s important to search for high quality from current designers; they will be the future classics.

Best previous SDAwardees?

Of course all awarded graphic designers! High quality is a very important factor for what we like to show in our exhibitions.
